About this file
This Change Order Notice is issued by the Illinois Chief Procurement Office for General Services to extend an existing contract for JPMC Hirsch security systems components and accessories. The contract extension applies to Contract P-25705, which serves governmental units and qualified not-for-profit agencies. The current contract end date of September 30, 2026, is being extended to December 31, 2026, to allow continued utilization of the security systems contract while a new JPMC solicitation is being developed and finalized.
The change order represents a contract extension of three months (October 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026) without modification to pricing terms or other contractual provisions. The extension is necessitated by the ongoing development of a replacement solicitation and ensures continuity of service for eligible governmental entities and not-for-profit agencies that rely on this contract for security system procurement. This notice was posted on the Bulletin/BidBuy for the required 14-day public review period in accordance with state procurement regulations governing change orders that substantively alter contract terms.
