About this file
This document is a Change Order Notice from the Chief Procurement Office for General Services in Illinois. It extends the current master contract 20-416CMS-BOSS4-P-18131 for school buses for an additional 3 months, from December 31, 2022 to March 31, 2023. The extension is needed to allow time to complete the solicitation process for a new contract. The current contract provides school buses to using agencies, governmental units, and/or not-for-profits, and the extension will allow users to continue leveraging the State's buying power versus making individual small purchases at a higher cost.
The change order is a $0, time-only extension, and the circumstances necessitating the extension were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the original contract was signed. There are no other details provided regarding pricing, set asides, incumbents, funding, or other salient information.
