About this file
This is a change log document for FY 2028 dump trucks issued by the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The document outlines modifications to specifications for dump truck procurement, affecting electrical systems, key provisions, weight identification, and moldboard components. The changes include the addition of upfitter circuits in the electrical system, removal of unused switches with cover replacements, an increase in key sets from an unspecified quantity to three sets, implementation of a weight identification tag requirement, and modification of moldboard thickness specifications to a minimum of 3/4-inch. No specific quantities, response dates, due dates, site visits, bidders' meetings, or contract award dates are identified in this change log document.
The document specifies that progress payments are not guaranteed and remain at the sole discretion of MoDOT. No pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding sources, or contract values are detailed in this change log. This document functions as an amendment to existing specifications rather than a standalone procurement notice and does not contain comprehensive procurement terms or financial information.
