About this file

This is a Certification Regarding Lobbying form from the Nevada State Purchasing Division, Department of Administration, located in Carson City. The document represents a required certification that must be completed by vendors participating in federal contracts, grants, loans, or cooperative agreements. The form outlines three key certification requirements regarding the use of federal funds and lobbying activities.

The certification requires vendors to attest that no federal funds have been or will be used for lobbying activities, mandates disclosure via Standard Form-LLL if non-federal funds are used for lobbying, and requires this certification language to be included in all sub-awards. Failure to file this required certification can result in civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 per occurrence. The form requires the vendor to provide the date, solicitation number, vendor name, authorized signer name, and signature to complete the certification.
