About this file

This is a Certificate of Procurement Integrity form applicable to federal procurement regulations, specifically referencing the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 423) and its implementation through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The certificate is designed to be completed by the officer or employee responsible for proposal preparation and requires certification that no violations of Subsection 27(a), (b), (c), or (e) of the Act have occurred during the procurement conduct, with the exception of any violations explicitly described within the certificate itself. The form mandates that all personnel who participated personally and substantially in proposal preparation or submission—including officers, employees, agents, representatives, and consultants—must certify their familiarity with and compliance with the Act's requirements and agree to report any suspected violations immediately to the certifying officer.

The certificate carries significant legal weight, as it contains a warning that false, fictitious, or fraudulent certifications may subject the certifier to prosecution under Title 18, United States Code Section 1001. The form requires completion of signature, date, and typed name fields, though the specific proposal details and certifying party information remain blank in this template version. This document serves as a mandatory compliance and accountability mechanism within the federal procurement process, ensuring that all participants in proposal development maintain integrity throughout the procurement cycle.
