About this file
The document is a Certificate of Procurement Integrity form, which appears to be a standard federal procurement document related to the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act. The certificate requires an officer or employee responsible for a proposal to certify that they have no knowledge of any violations of Subsection 27 of the Act as implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The form mandates that each officer, employee, agent, representative, and consultant who has substantially participated in the proposal preparation must be familiar with and comply with the Act's requirements, and immediately report any potential violations.
The form includes a critical warning that this certification concerns a matter within the jurisdiction of a United States agency, and making a false, fictitious, or fraudulent certification may subject the maker to prosecution under Title 18, United States Code Section 1001. The document, branded with the Lextran logo, provides spaces for the certifier's signature, date, and typed name, with a footnote indicating that Section 27 became effective on September 16, 1989. The form serves as a legal declaration of procurement integrity and compliance with federal procurement regulations.
