About this file

The document is a Certificate of Procurement Integrity form from Lextran, designed to ensure compliance with the Federal Procurement Policy Act. This certificate requires the responsible officer or employee to certify that, to the best of their knowledge, there are no known violations of procurement regulations during the procurement process. The form mandates that all officers, employees, agents, representatives, and consultants who have substantially participated in the proposal preparation must be familiar with and comply with the Act's requirements, and immediately report any potential violations.

The certificate emphasizes the legal seriousness of the procurement integrity process by warning that making a false, fictitious, or fraudulent certification may subject the maker to prosecution under Title 18, United States Code Section 1001. The document references Subsection 27 of the Federal Procurement Policy Act, which became effective on September 16, 1989, and is implemented through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The form provides space for the certifier's signature, date, and typed name, serving as a formal declaration of procurement ethics and compliance.
