About this file

This document is a Certificate of Partial Payment form from a county in Florida, as evidenced by the county seal in the document header. The certificate is a standard payment verification document that requires the vendor to certify the accuracy of payment items and confirm that all work has been performed in accordance with the contract terms. The document provides a formal mechanism for the vendor to verify that all subcontractors and suppliers have been or will be appropriately compensated for their work and materials.

The certificate includes specific payment processing requirements, including a 10-day timeline for the primary contractor to remit payments to subcontractors and suppliers after receiving payment, and a subsequent 7-day requirement for those subcontractors to pay their own suppliers. The form has blank spaces for the payment number, total amount due, date, vendor name, and an authorized signature. While the specific payment details are not filled in, the document represents a standard financial administrative process for tracking and verifying progress payments in a government contract.
