About this file

This document is a Certificate of Partial Payment form from a County in Florida, as evidenced by the county seal. The certificate is a standard payment verification document that requires the vendor to certify the accuracy of payment amounts and confirm that all work has been performed in accordance with contract terms. The vendor must attest that all subcontractors and suppliers have been or will be paid their appropriate shares within specific timeframes (10 days for the main contractor, and 7 days for subsequent subcontractors).

The document provides a template for tracking partial payments on a contract, with blank spaces for payment number, total amount due, date, vendor name, and authorized signature. The certificate includes important financial accountability provisions, such as confirming that all work is completed as specified, materials have been applied correctly, and that payment cascades appropriately through the contractor and subcontractor hierarchy. While no specific project details are included in this generic form, it represents a standard financial documentation method for managing progressive payments on government or municipal contracts.
