About this file

This is a Certificate of Non-Collusion form required by Jones County School System for submission with responses to RFQ # 27-21 for ESET Protect Elite Product renewal. The Jones County School System is requesting quotes for 1,400 licenses of ESET Protect Elite Product, which includes endpoint and server security, mobile threat defense, advanced threat defense through LiveGuard Advanced, full disk encryption, cloud app protection for Microsoft 365 suite, vulnerability and patch management, EDR/XDR capabilities through ESET Inspect, and multi-factor authentication through ESET Secure Authentication. Suppliers must provide pricing for both three-year and five-year contract terms. The submitted response shall remain valid and held open for one hundred twenty days from the final solicitation closing date, unless extended with the supplier's consent.

By submitting a response, suppliers certify that they have read all specifications and requirements, that all items meet or exceed stated specifications, that the response is made without prior understanding or agreement with other bidders, and that collusive bidding practices have not been violated. Suppliers must complete the form in its entirety with contractor's legal name, authorized signature, printed name and title, date, company address, facsimile number, and email address. The form explicitly states that collusive bidding is a violation of state and federal law and can result in fines, prison sentences, and civil damage awards. Additionally, suppliers must certify compliance with the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, Sections 45-10-20 et seq., and this certification form cannot be modified in any way.
