About this file

This is a Certificate of Non-Collusion form issued by Jones County School System for use in responding to solicitations. The document requires suppliers to certify compliance with specifications and requirements outlined in the solicitation, guarantee that all items meet or exceed stated specifications, and commit to delivering goods and/or services that conform to solicitation requirements upon contract award. Supplier responses must remain valid and open for a period of 120 days from the final solicitation closing date, or such other timeframe as identified in the solicitation, with potential extension subject to supplier consent.

The certificate mandates that suppliers certify their responses are submitted independently without prior understanding, agreement, or connection with other bidders submitting responses for the same materials, supplies, equipment, or services, and that responses are fair and without collusion or fraud. Suppliers must acknowledge that collusive bidding violates state and federal law and can result in fines, imprisonment, and civil damages. The form requires suppliers to certify compliance with Official Code of Georgia Annotated Sections 45-10-20 et seq. and must be completed in its entirety with authorized signature, printed name and title, company address, facsimile number, email address, and date before submission with the response.
