About this file
This is a Certificate of Non-Collusion form issued by Jones County School System in Georgia. The document is a required certification form that must be completed, signed, and submitted by suppliers as part of their response to a solicitation. The form includes seven key certification statements that suppliers must agree to, including that their response constitutes a valid offer when accepted, meets all specifications, and will remain valid for 120 days from the solicitation closing date.
The document does not contain any specific pricing terms, funding requirements, or project-specific details. It is purely a standard certification form (SPD-SP012, revised 02/11/11) that requires suppliers to certify they have not engaged in collusive bidding practices and have complied with Georgia state law. The form requires the supplier's legal name, authorized signature, contact information including company address, FAX number, and email address.
