Celina_Site_Map_(1).pdf

This is a site map document for Celina Community College District, a constituent part of Collin County Community College District in Texas. The map illustrates the physical layout and boundaries of the Celina campus location, depicting parking areas, building footprints, access routes, and other relevant site features necessary for understanding the scope and location of parking lot re-striping work. The document serves as a reference guide for contractors bidding on the parking lot re-striping project to visualize the specific sites requiring work and to assess project scope and logistics.

The Celina Site Map is a supporting exhibit for the Collin County Community College District's parking lot re-striping contract opportunity, which carries a three-year term from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029. This visual reference enables bidders to accurately estimate materials, labor, and equipment requirements for the re-striping work across the identified parking areas at the Celina campus, supporting competitive and informed bid submissions for this maintenance and facility improvement project.
