About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a federal contract opportunity. It provides details on the required Test Plan (Data Item A060) for the CABLE ASSEMBLY contract. The key details are:
The contractor must submit the Test Plan in editable Word format no later than 75 calendar days prior to testing. The Government Integrated Test Team will review the plan and provide a Comment Resolution Matrix within 33 days. The contractor then has 7 days to provide the Government with their response to the comments and an updated test plan. After a meeting to resolve any remaining issues, the contractor has 7 days to submit the adjudicated test plan for Government approval, which the Government has 14 days to complete. The Test Plan must be prepared per AFNWCI 99-101 and ICBMSD OI 99-103. The Test Readiness Review cannot be executed until the Test Review Board/Source Review Board has provided a risk assessment and the test plan has been approved.
