About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for an Air Force Materiel Command contract covering multiple data submission requirements for an ammunition-related procurement. The CDRL includes nine distinct data items with specific submission guidelines, including an Ammunition Data Card, Engineering Change Proposal, Notice of Revision, Request for Variance, Lot Acceptance Test Plan, Test/Inspection Report, Failure Summary & Analysis Report, Obsolescence Alert Notice, and a Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Health Assessment Report.
Each data item has detailed requirements for format, submission method, frequency, and distribution, with most requiring electronic submission via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) to specific Air Force email addresses. The documents are marked with Distribution Statement B, limiting access to U.S. Government agencies and containing export-controlled technical data. Submission timelines vary by document type, ranging from as-required to specific deadlines like 90 business days after an issue is identified. All submissions are subject to government review and potential request for remediation, with most requiring response within 30 calendar days of receipt.
