About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) that outlines information and documentation that the contractor must provide for a federal contract opportunity called the Hoist Replacement Program.

The key details are:

  • The contract is for the procurement, replacement, upgrade, and repair of overhead pneumatic/electric traveling hoists, associated hangers, runway rails, and pneumatic/electrical control systems in support of depot-level maintenance operations.
  • The contract is anticipated to be an IDIQ "D" type contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs).
  • The CDRLs include requirements for the contractor to provide a Test/Inspection Report, a Major Milestone Commonality and Configuration report, a Professional Engineering Analysis Report, a Design Review Information Package, Certificates of Conformance, a Computer Software System Document, and an Acceptance Inspection Equipment Report.
  • Submission timelines are specified for each CDRL, ranging from 5 days to 60 days after contract award or task order completion.
