About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a Hydraulic Actuator Test Stand procurement by the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) of the U.S. Navy. It lists nine data items the contractor must deliver, including a Technical Data Package, Key Events Schedule, Design Review Information Package, Calibration System Description, Acceptance Test Plan, Training Materials, Test/Inspection Report, and Maintenance Support Plan. The deliverables must be provided in Microsoft Office formats and comply with certain distribution and marking requirements.
The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice for the Hydraulic Actuator Test Stand, which the Navy intends to procure via a Firm Fixed Price contract. The notice provides background on the requirement, invites capability statements from interested large and small businesses, and requests feedback on the draft Statement of Work and CDRL. A site visit is scheduled, and the solicitation is anticipated to be released at the end of FY24 Q3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 - Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing.
