Blocks 11, 12, 13: The Contractor shall submit a draft Cable Management Plan for Government approval not less than thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of installation.

The Contractor shall document the test results in a Developmental Test Report for Performance Validation .

The contractor shall provide a cable management plan that provides their plan to use cable carries, rotary joints, and any additional hardware required to protect all positioner control cables and existing RF cables from damage under movement.

The Government requires ten (10) calendar days to review the draft Cable Management Plan and provide comments. The Contractor shall submit the final Cable Management Plan including and resolving all Government comments not less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the first test.

Block 14: Document shall be in electronic format (MS Word or Adobe PDF file).

Hard copies will not be accepted.

The Government retains approval rights.

Blocks 11, 12, 13: The Contractor shall submit a draft Quiet Zone Characterization Report for Government approval not less than fourteen (14) days after the conclusion of installation of equipment and absorber. The Contractor shall document the test results in a Developmental Test Report for Performance Validation.

The contractor shall provide a quiet zone characterization report that provides measured results of the amplitude and phase distribution within the quiet zone at specified frequencies.

The Government requires ten (10) calendar days to review the draft Quiet Zone Characterization Report and provide comments. The Contractor shall submit the final Quiet Zone Characterization Report including and resolving all Government comments not less than ten (10) calendar days after testing is completed.

Block 14: Document shall be in electronic format (MS Word or Adobe PDF file).

The Government retains approval rights.
