Contract Data Requirements List Summary

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) using DD Form 1423-1 that specifies technical data package requirements for two Valve Assembly line items procured by the Navy. The government is requiring Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) documentation to be delivered by the manufacturer for two separate valve assembly requisitions: N684386141DF01 (JMLIN 00250) and N684386141DF02 (JMLIN 00260), both under Job Control Number 6843867BCU413. Documentation shall be delivered with the equipment or at the time of installation/training, effective June 23, 2026.

The required technical data includes: (1) one minimum set of assembly drawings with parts lists and required torque specifications; (2) OQE verifying that specifications are met for the manufacturer's published material composition and performance characteristics, with the option to submit a Certificate of Conformance in lieu of detailed test data; and (3) OQE supporting that pressure-containing materials have been subjected to and passed Hydrostatic Strength Testing to maximum rated pressure in accordance with stated industry standards, with the option to submit a Certificate of Conformance that clearly states the testing requirements and test standards. The distribution statement limits access to DoD and DoD contractors only for administrative and operations purposes. The CDRL was prepared and approved by Carl S. Jaeckel on June 23, 2026, with delivery directed to N68438 (TRF, Bangor) requiring two final copies and zero draft copies.
