About this file

This is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), which is a federal contracting template used to specify data items that contractors must deliver under a contract.

The form documents a single data item (A001) titled "First Article Test/Inspection Procedures and Report (FAT/IPR)" for contract FD2020-26-00502 with the 419 SMC/GUEA requiring office. The data item is categorized as Technical Data Package (TDP) and references authority DI-NDTI-82326. Submission is required as soon as required (ASREQ) on an as-needed basis, with one copy required for delivery to the Non-Accountable Bay at Hill Air Force Base, UT 84056-5713. The remarks section specifies that the contractor must provide documentation in accordance with DI-NDTI-82326, including AS9102 Form 1, 2, and 3 equivalents; interface dimensions and tolerances; materials identification and certification; process certification for manufacturing operations; and other requirements per the Technical Data Package and AFMC Form 260. Additionally, data must be marked as "CUI" (Controlled Unclassified Information) with Distribution Statement D, noting that the document contains technical data restricted under the Arms Export Control Act and Export Administration Act. The form was prepared on 03/12/2026 and approved on 3/12/26. The CDRL serves as a template for government personnel to specify contractor data deliverables and for contractors to estimate associated costs, categorized into price groups based on the level of effort required to produce compliant data.
