About this file

This is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), dated February 2001, specifying one data item requirement for a contract involving ISO 50001 Certification at Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC).

The required data item is a Status Report titled "ISO Guide Book Updates" (Data Item A/B/C/D/E001) under contract line item 0003, referencing Performance Work Statement paragraph 1.6.2 and Data Item Description DI-MGMT-80368A. The contractor must review, maintain, and update an ISO 50001 program guidebook on a recurring basis and as required due to changes in flow charts, written procedures, table of contents, and other documentation. The guidebook must list all Energy Management System (EnMS) documents, frequency and dates for document review, author, and contact information to enable successful program execution and sustainment by the WR-ALC Energy Office. The guidebook shall follow the sequence of the most current ISO 50001 standard with corresponding paragraph numbering and titles, reference supporting documents where appropriate, link each document in the Table of Contents to detailed supporting information including supporting offices, personnel, office locations, and contact details, and remain professionally formatted with all final documents easily editable using Microsoft Office Suite applications. The submission frequency, as-of date, and first submission date are detailed in Block 16. One final reproducible copy is required, distributed to the Government Representative Primary (William Damon West, 402 MXSG/MXDEA), Government Representative Alternate (Michael Bull, 402 MXSG/MXDEA), and Contracting Officer's Representative (Andrew Davis, WR-ALC/OBCB). The form was prepared and approved by Vicki Willis on 02/17/2026.
