Per block 5. The contractor shall provide one or more qualified representatives who are thoroughly familiar with all aspects of equipment, installation, calibration, maintenance, and operation, for the purpose of training facility personnel. Training shall consist of the basics in calibration, measuring, reporting maintenance, cleaning of the machine. Training shall consist of ten hours for system operation personnel (15 people). All printed training aids shall be supplied at no additional cost to the Government and shall be in English language. Training shall consist of verbal instruction and hands-on-operations by a contractor representative. Reference PD 3.4
