About this file

This document amends a Cooperative Development Program Annual Program Statement to extend the end date by one year, remove the request for concept papers, change the issuing bureau, and replace agreement officer contact information.

The amendment changes the open period of the solicitation to run from January 20, 2024 to January 20, 2025. It deletes language requesting concept papers and replaces references to the former Bureau for Development, Democracy and Innovation with the Bureau for Inclusive Growth, Partnerships and Innovation. The agreement officer and contact are also replaced. The Cooperative Development Program seeks to maximize development impact and efficient resource use by mobilizing non-traditional partners and innovative solutions through cooperative development organizations. Awards will support a variety of approaches addressing USAID Operating Units' development objectives under the program's CFDA number 98.002 as administered by the U.S. Agency for International Development.
