The Contractor will not be subject to Government supervision, except for security related matters. However, contractor performance shall be monitored. The service does not constitute an employer-employee relationship; however, the Government reserves the right to monitor the Contractor's performance to ensure he/she is in compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
