About this file

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the United States Postal Service (USPS) Facilities National Programs Category Management Team in collaboration with the US Postal Inspection Service. The RFI seeks to identify potential suppliers for Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) preventative maintenance and repair services for approximately 500 Integrated Security and Investigative Platform (ISIP) CCTV systems nationwide. Qualified suppliers must have a minimum of five years CCTV industry experience and be certified to install "Axis", "March Network", and "Hanwha Vision" products.

The RFI, released on August 25, 2025, with responses due by September 22, 2025, requires interested suppliers to submit a Capabilities statement including company experience, a list of at least three relevant preventative maintenance or repair projects, and point-of-contact information. This is not a solicitation or commitment to enter an agreement, but rather a market research initiative. USPS intends to host a future event where RFI respondents will be invited to participate. Responses should be emailed to Angela Johnson, Valerie Lumsden, and Erik Speelmans, with the subject line "USPS National CCTV PM RFI".
