About this file
The document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Columbia County School District (CCSD) in Evans, Georgia, soliciting bids for Tennis Court Repair Services at Lakeside High School. The RFP, numbered HC-11-03-25A, seeks qualified vendors to perform comprehensive tennis court restoration, including cleaning, preparing surfaces, sealing structural cracks, and applying a Laykold Colorcoat System with re-striping. The mandatory pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for October 20 at 11:00 AM, with proposals due on November 3, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Vendors are required to provide a detailed breakdown of linear foot pricing and estimated linear feet for repair work.
The proposal evaluation will be weighted across four categories: 45% price, 20% years of experience (including work with county or state entities), 20% references, and 15% quality of presentation and approach. Vendors must submit several required documents, including a Certification and Acceptance Form, Parameter Worksheet, Business References Form, and proof of insurance within 10 calendar days of award. The CCSD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to select the bid most advantageous to the school district, with low bid price not guaranteeing contract award. Vendors must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in tennis court repair services and provide at least three job references demonstrating capability to execute a project of similar scope and size.
