Thank you.
Questions:

Yes, Grant Thornton issued a FISMA report in FY 2014 and FY 2015. The cost of the total audit contract which included costs both for Financial Statement Audit (FSA) and the FISMA was $111,010.90 in FY 2014 and $82,679.47 FY 2015.
1. Will the FISMA task be procured under a separate solicitation for FY 2016 through 2020?
The FISMA Task for FY 2016 will be procured under a separate solicitation that closed on March 12, 2016. The period of performance is for one year only.
1. Grant Thornton disclaimed an opinion in its FY 2015 report because management was unable to provide financial statements to them in time to allow time for GT to perform necessary audit procedures on such financial statements by the reporting deadline (November 16, 2015). When did management provide GT its financial statement in FY 2015, and when do they expect to provide their financial statements and notes to the auditors for the year ended September 30, 2016?
