Questions and Answers

1. Eradicating bees/wasps termites, depending on where they are located and what type structure, could be expensive to eradicate. Would these types of pests be an additional charge?

Answer: Large scale eradications are not considered within scope. Please see SOW.

2. What are items 16 – 20 and how are “Specialized Pest Control” billed out?

Answer: Specialized Pest Control is for the control of gophers and squirrels in addition to standard service of rodents and insects. Sites 1 – 15 require standard services of rodents and insects. Attachment 2 has been updated.

3. Please confirm if a Structural Pest Control and Category K license are required in order to submit a quote for this work or not.

Answer: Section 3 of the Statement of Work requires contractors to be compliant with all Federal, State and Local laws at contract award and throughout contract performance.
