About this file

This is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for catering services to be provided by Cloud Catering and Events under a sole source contract with the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk. The contract will be issued on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis with a performance period of July 2-3, 2026. The requirement falls under NAICS code 722320 (Caterers) with a size standard of $9 million, and the procurement is being conducted as a special notice under FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source).

The PWS document itself was not provided in full detail in the submission, but the associated solicitation (N0018926DL156) indicates that Cloud Catering and Events is being pursued on a sole source basis to provide catering services as outlined in the attached statement of work. All interested parties may submit proposals or express capability to respond by the closing response date, though the Government retains sole discretion to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses received. Inquiries regarding this requirement should be directed to Jill Joscelyn at jill.h.joscelyn.civ@us.navy.mil.
