SECTION 3 – CAPABILITY
1. Describe the capabilities of you or your organization and the nature of the services you provide. Include a description of your background and/or your staff composition. The focus of this capability is to determine if your organization possesses the necessary functional area expertise to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought announcement articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
2. Describe your company's past experience on previous projects similar in complexity to this requirement. Provide information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (include size, scope, complexity, timeframe, government or commercial), pertinent certifications, etc., that will facilitate making a capability determination. Additionally, please include complete references, contract titles, dollar values, and points of contact.
