About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for a variety of items related to the bed of a new pickup truck. The required items include a cap/cover/doors, a backup camera harness, a slide tray, safety strobe lights, floor mats, and AC/DC power accessories. The RFQ specifies the make and model of the truck as a Ford F350 Pickup. Bidders may submit quotes electronically or by email, and the quotes must be valid for 30 days. The winning vendor will be selected based on the lowest total bid for all products and services. The agency reserves the right to reject any offers, award by item or group, and waive minor defects. The RFQ also includes information about warranty requirements, delivery timelines, and partial shipments.

The pricing terms indicate that all quoted prices must include shipping and handling, and price increases will not be accepted. The agency's ability to proceed with the contract is contingent upon the availability of sufficient funds, and the agency or the vendor may terminate or suspend the agreement in the event of a funding failure.
