About this file
This is a solicitation for commercial food service equipment and installation services for dining facilities at Camp Casey, Republic of Korea.
The solicitation itemizes 14 line items distributed across five dining facility locations: Rotor Wash, Casey Main, Argonne, and JSA. Line items include food service equipment such as tilting skillets/braising pans (Vulcan Model VE30 and VE40), hot food serving counters/tables (Advance Tabco Model HDSW-6-240-BS), cold food serving counters (Advance Tabco Model HDRCP-5-BS and HDRCP-6-BS), restaurant ranges (Vulcan Model EV36S-3HT208), pass-thru heated cabinets (Traulsen Model RHF232WP-FHS), and associated accessories including serving shelves, tray slides, casters, LED lighting, faucets, and draw-off valves. Quantities range from one to four units per item type, with multiple equipment duplications across facilities. Line item 14 specifies installation and project support services requiring labor to disconnect existing equipment, transport new equipment from on-base storage, uncrate, assemble, level, secure, connect to utilities (electrical, steam, water), perform operational start-up and functional testing, and participate in joint post-installation inspection. The Government furnishes all utilities with proper sizing and activation prior to installation; the contractor is not responsible for utility upgrades, modifications, or infrastructure changes. Installation shall occur during normal Government working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays, with coordination through a designated Government Point of Contact and a mandatory pre-installation coordination meeting. The contractor must comply with base access procedures, manufacturer guidelines, remove installation debris, and report and repair any damage to Government property at contractor expense. Custom items require submission of manufacturer invoices or pricing documents, and equipment and freight comprise line 1 with installation as line 2, quoted separately.
