About this file
This is a proposal checklist document for the City of Camden, New Jersey, prepared in conjunction with the Office of Risk Management's request for proposals to provide risk management consulting services. The checklist outlines the required components and documentation that vendors must submit as part of their proposal responses. The document serves as a standardized evaluation tool to ensure all bidders provide consistent information and meet the City's submission requirements for the risk management consultant contract, which includes placement of property and casualty insurance coverage.
The proposal checklist specifies the mandatory sections, forms, and supporting documentation that bidders must include to be deemed responsive to the solicitation. It functions as a compliance verification instrument to confirm that all proposals contain the necessary qualifications, certifications, insurance requirements, financial information, and technical capabilities. By providing this checklist, the City of Camden establishes clear expectations for proposal format and completeness, enabling equitable evaluation across all submitted proposals and reducing the risk of non-responsive bids.
