About this file

This document is a California Civil Rights Laws Attachment required for state contracts over $100,000. It certifies the contractor's compliance with the Unruh Civil Rights Act and the Fair Employment and Housing Act, as well as that the contractor does not have internal policies against sovereign nations or peoples recognized by the U.S. government that violate these laws. The attachment must be signed and submitted with the bid or proposal for any qualifying state contract.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for a social media marketing expert to create a social media environment for the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards & Training (POST) to build relationships with over 600 law enforcement agencies and their constituents. The contract is for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.
