The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, and other necessary items to deliver information, advice, analyses, evaluations, recommendations, documents, scheduling, training, and related support. The contract includes a one-year base period with four one-year option periods and a six-month extension, with an anticipated award date of 23 November 2026 and full performance beginning 1 January 2027.
