About this file

This is a Single Source Justification (SSJ) document issued by the Department of the Air Force, Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex at Tinker Air Force Base, dated July 20, 2026, for the renewal of C26-157 Vericut Maintenance subscriptions.

The 76 CMXG requires a base year plus two option years for Vericut Software maintenance subscriptions to support continuing process improvement in machining operations. The Government currently utilizes multiple integrated Vericut software modules including CATIA interfaces, Verification, Multi-Axis verification, AUTO-DIFF, Machine Simulation, CNC Machine Probing, Force Milling, 3DLive Interface, and GibbsCAM-to-Vericut Interface. The requirement consolidates previously separate procurement actions (contracts FA8125-23-P-0081 and FA8125-23-P-0077) into a comprehensive maintenance renewal package essential for ensuring accuracy and repeatability of machining projects. The vendor is CGTech (doing business as "Vericut"), located at 9000 Research Drive, Irvine, California 92618, classified as a Large Business with CAGE Code 1WZ87. CGTech is the original equipment manufacturer and sole distributor of Vericut Software, confirmed through direct outreach to their Global Account Manager and subsequent market research via the System for Award Management (SAM) database and Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS). The Government has determined that only a single source is reasonably available to fulfill this requirement, as CGTech holds exclusive manufacturing and distribution rights, does not authorize third-party resellers, and declines to sell proprietary data rights to the U.S. Government.
