The technical specifications require a Consolidated Sterilizer System SR-24D or equivalent with the following key features: 24" x 36" x 48" chamber constructed of 316L stainless steel with carbon steel jacket, passivated finish, right-swing open door, floor-standing mounting, thermal printer, electronic USB data storage, configurable cycle parameters, temperature range of 100°C to 135°C, hi-vacuum system with water ejector and booster pump, brass/bronze/copper piping, water conservation features, automatic jacket blowdown, load control probe temperature control, one stationary upper shelf, one stationary lower shelf, and emergency stop button. The contract must include removal and disposal of the existing autoclave, installation, and complete utility hook-up of the new equipment. No key personnel, travel, deliverables schedule, security requirements, data rights, or Section 508 compliance specifications are applicable to this SOW.

General Information
1.0 Scope of Work
Procurement of autoclave in the style of a Consolidated Sterilizer Systems SR-24D, removal and disposal of existing autoclave and installation of new including full utility connections.
2.0 Background
The National Laboratory for Agriculture and the Environment existing autoclave is approaching the end of its lifecycle.
The autoclave resides on the 3rd floor of the laboratory. There is a freight elevator capable of transporting the autoclave to the 3rd floor. There is a loading dock with a dock leveler. There are no forklifts on site, nor would a forklift be able to traverse to the 3rd floor. The door to the autoclave room is 46 ½” x 84”. See photos below for utility connections. The potable water (softened) and compressed air drop from the ceiling. The steam and floor drain are located on the right side of the existing autoclave.
The basis of this request is a Consolidated Sterilizer System SR-24D or similar.
