About this file
Attachment 2b is a detailed testing procedures document for the USDA Irradiator Intrusion Detection System, outlining comprehensive verification steps for multiple system components. The document provides systematic testing protocols for 30 different system elements, including RMS-Tamper, battery and power fail checks, sentry/TISH seal testing, RAD detector verification, motion sensors, door contacts, biometric card readers, cameras, network communications, and various alarm and communication systems. Each testing procedure follows a structured approach involving system arming/disarming, triggering specific alarm conditions, verifying alarm activations in the Lenel system, confirming email/text notifications to USDA staff, and ensuring proper system reset and monitoring station coordination.
