The solicitation does not disclose contract award values, budget ranges, pricing terms, contract duration, or renewal options. The District indicates bid preferences for local vendors, veteran small businesses, and opportunity zone businesses on most solicitations, though specific set-aside designations for this particular bid are not detailed in the flyer. Contractors must identify in their bid submittal the off-property disposal facility they will use for all contaminated materials, including temporary storage if required. Vendor registration on the PlanetBids platform is free and required to submit bids and questions, though interested parties may view solicitation documents without registration. The District encourages vendor registration to receive future bid notifications and notes partnerships with other governmental entities that provide access to additional contracting opportunities. No incumbent contractors, current service providers, or evaluation criteria are identified in the available announcement materials.
