About this file

This is a bid flyer and solicitation announcement issued by the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD), a special taxing district serving as a local government entity responsible for public infrastructure in the Magic Kingdom Resort Area of Florida. The project scope includes abandonment, sealing, and/or removal of all indicated piping and restoration of affected property in compliance with Reedy Creek Engineering Services (RCES), CFTOD, and Walt Disney World (WDW) requirements. Contractors must verify "As-Found" conditions, identify additional information needed for project completion, and provide means and methods of construction with a comprehensive project schedule. A mandatory pre-bid/site visit meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at the Central Energy Plant Atlantis Conference Room, 5300 N.
