About this file

This document is an Addendum to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD) for the ECEP Boiler Hot Pass Re-Tube Services with On-Hand Stocking Inventory project. The scope of work includes labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to stock and replace straight boiler tubes for the hot passes of three Cleaver Brooks fire tube boilers at the EPCOT Central Energy Plant. The contract will cover up to three hot pass re-tubes, with the contractor required to maintain on-hand stock of 126 boiler tubes and associated gaskets. Bids are due by November 1, 2023, and the anticipated award date is November 8, 2023. The contract term is not specified, but the project milestone schedule indicates a final completion date of September 30, 2025.

The Bid Pricing Form allows for unit pricing on the stock materials and labor/equipment for each of the three potential re-tube services. There are no set-asides, incumbent information, or funding details provided. The addendum clarifies several administrative and technical aspects of the project, including liquidated damages, storage requirements, and boiler specifications.
