About this file
The Buy American Certificate is a standard federal procurement document requiring offerors to certify the domestic origin and content of their end products for the Veterans Health Administration's solicitation 36C24225B0023 for relocating Radiology Suite B3. The certificate mandates that vendors:
- Identify and list domestic end products, with special emphasis on those containing critical components, 2) Disclose any foreign end products, specifying their country of origin and whether they exceed 55% domestic content, and 3) Understand that the government will evaluate offers according to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 25 policies. Vendors must complete the document by listing line item numbers for domestic products, indicating foreign product origins, and providing a signature certifying the accuracy of their product origin declarations.
