About this file
This is a budgetary quote document from NightVisionNetwork Inc. to the Solano County Sheriff's Office in California for low-light amplification and night vision devices. The quote, dated September 24, 2023, itemizes pricing for three categories of equipment: 18 units of Articulating Ruggedized Night Vision Goggles (ARNVG) Gen 3 L3 with 18UM White Phosphor at $10,000.00 per unit; 18 units of MAWL-DA (Modular Advanced Weapon Laser) devices in black/tan at $3,350.00 per unit; and 18 Wilcox G24 black night vision goggle mounts at $442.00 per unit. The vendor indicates all items are to be delivered within two weeks from the order date. NightVisionNetwork notes that it has replaced all law enforcement sales of the DTNVS dual-tube system with ARNVGs based on operational experience with system reliability.
The total budgetary quote amounts to $248,256.00 with no applicable sales tax. NightVisionNetwork provides a standard 10-year warranty and 3-year service plan with all systems. This quote serves as a market-rate reference for the Solano County Sheriff's Office procurement under Invitation for Bids #625-0909-26, which was funded through the 2024 Homeland Security Grant Program with a total allocation of $448,956 for emergency services and sheriff's office initiatives. The equipment procurement is designed to enhance low-light operational capabilities for Sheriff's Office responders throughout Solano County.

MAWL DA+ BLK/FDE The MAWL®-DA (Modular Advanced Weapon Laser - Direct Action) is a high power infrared and visible green aiming and illumination laser for individual carbines. Offering improved ergonomics, interface, and performance, the MAWL®-DA has been engineered from the ground up around the needs of the modern night fighter.
Designed to address the shortcomings of common laser devices in use with both military and law enforcement, the MAWL® incorporates cutting edge VCSEL technology which eliminates the current problem of inconsistent and granular, speckled illumination. This unparalleled beam quality is leveraged with multiple modes of divergence and power, based on the ideal settings for any operational environment: Close Range, Mid-Range, or Long Range.
The MAWL®-DA is a modular system.
The body, end-cap, and head are separate, interchangeable components. The MAWL® is completely ambidextrous and can be configured on the rail to suit the operator’s needs.

NVN does not sell the DTNVS System as it is the most common dual tube system to have issues and require warranty repair. We have replaced all Law Enforcement sales with ARNVGs as we feel the system is far less likley to fail during operations. (THIS FROM EXPERIENCE)
ALL SYSTEMS FROM NVN COME WITH A 10 YEAR WARRANTY AND 3
YEAR SERVICE PLAN.
