The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment to provide the following:

• Before Project Begins:

▪ Dispose of old track surface and asphalt millings off-site

Resurfacing:

▪ Install new rubberized track surface over the milled asphalt surface

▪ Patch and level all existing cracks and otherwise damaged areas in the current asphalt base on all areas of the track with the District’s written agreement.

Cracks should be repaired by filling and then taping, using pavement fabric, to prevent reflecting through the subsequent overlay.

• To provide the District with a more economical way to extend the track usability for interscholastic track events for at least four more years
