The broker-consultant will provide compliance support through ongoing education, daily Q&A assistance on ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA matters, and annual consolidated notices packages. Communications support includes development of approximately four benefit guides annually, fourteen Benefits-at-a-Glance summaries, and coordination of monthly wellness communications. Financial services encompass underwriting analysis for self-funded and fully-insured plans, IBNR development and reporting, contribution analysis, and plan design change modeling.
