Bradford Susquehanna RKD Contract Map.pdf

This is a contract map document for the Pennsylvania Game Commission's roadkill disposal service contract covering Bradford and Susquehanna Counties. The Pennsylvania Game Commission is soliciting bids from vendors to provide removal and lawful disposal of deceased whitetail deer carcasses or major parts thereof located on or within 50 feet of publicly maintained highways, excluding Interstate and State Routes, throughout specified municipalities in Bradford and Susquehanna Counties, Pennsylvania. The contractor is explicitly prohibited from taking any action on deer that have been struck but are not yet dead; removal activities may only commence after a police officer or Game Commission officer has dispatched the animal. The contract term includes an initial period with the option to renew for up to four additional years on a one-year-at-a-time basis, subject to mutual agreement between the Pennsylvania Game Commission and the selected vendor.

The document appears to be a map or geographic reference guide identifying the service area and municipalities within Bradford and Susquehanna Counties that fall under this contract scope. Specific pricing terms, bidding deadlines, site visit requirements, bidder's conferences, award dates, and funding details are not provided in this map document itself, indicating that such information would be contained in the primary solicitation documents or bid specifications issued by the Pennsylvania Game Commission.
