About this file

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) document is issued by the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) for the procurement of crack sealant material to support BWI Airport maintenance operations. The solicitation seeks pricing and availability information for Crafco brand crack sealant products, which are commodity materials required for pavement maintenance activities. The RFQ specifies particular product specifications and quantities needed to support ongoing airport infrastructure maintenance. Interested vendors are required to submit quotations by the specified deadline to be considered for award. The procurement process includes standard evaluation criteria focused on pricing, product quality, availability, and vendor capability to deliver materials meeting MAA specifications.

The RFQ establishes pricing terms and conditions for the supply of crack sealant materials on an as-needed basis to support BWI Airport maintenance requirements. This procurement represents a straightforward commodity purchase with specifications tied to Crafco products, indicating a preference for specific manufacturer materials. The sourcing effort is driven by operational needs of the airport maintenance team and will be funded through MAA operating or capital budgets. Award will be made to qualified vendors offering competitive pricing and reliable delivery capabilities for the specified crack sealant products.
