About this file

This document is a Question & Answer related to an Invitation for Bids (IFB) issued by the Maryland Correctional Enterprises (MCE) to procure Fiberboard Containers, Box State Files, Cut Corner Protectors, Patty Boxes, and Cremation Boxes. The items are to be delivered to the MCE Brush & Carton Plant and Meat Plant in Hagerstown, Maryland. The IFB covers products for the state of Maryland, specifically Washington County. The document addresses questions about the availability of drawings, whether the items are ECT equivalent, and the previous delivery schedule, which is based on the needs of MCE's customers, with orders placed for approximately 1,500 sheets every other week on average.

The IFB does not provide specific details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources. The document focuses on clarifying the technical specifications and logistical details related to the requested products and delivery locations.
