BPM007099 Exhibit 3 - Observed Holidays.pdf

This document is an exhibit from Request for Proposals (RFP) No. BPM007099 issued by the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) for Warehouse, Receiving, Repacking and Distribution Services. The RFP seeks to obtain warehousing services for both ADHS's Bureau of Operational Readiness and Response (BORR) and the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs (DEMA-EM). The solicitation encompasses storage facilities (both non-air-conditioned and temperature-controlled), receiving, inventory management, distribution, and disposal services. The exhibit specifically identifies the state-observed holidays that will apply to the contract, including New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr./Civil Rights Day, Lincoln/Washington/President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day, with provisions for observance on Friday if a holiday falls on Saturday or on the following Monday if it falls on Sunday.

No additional information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, response deadlines, contract terms, renewal options, funding sources, or award dates is contained within this exhibit document, as it serves solely to specify the state-observed holiday schedule applicable to the warehousing services contract.
