About this file

This is a BPA Ordering Instructions document from the Army National Guard that outlines the process for placing orders under a Blanket Purchase Agreement for apparel items. The document specifies that only USPFO-HI P&C (W912J6) is authorized to purchase under this BPA, with orders being rotated among BPA holders.

The ordering process requires customers to provide exact requirements (quantity, timing, WAWF acceptor, DODAAC) to the Contracting office, who then obtains pricing from BPA holders. Orders must be placed at least 72 hours before needed. Once funding is confirmed via Form 9, Contracting issues a call order to all relevant parties (Customer, Contractor POC, COR, FM). Orders become binding when the BPA holder acknowledges receipt in writing, with no signature required. The document includes contact information for key personnel including the Contracting Officer (Clesson Paet) and Contract Specialist (Jonathan Ringor), though notes that POCs are subject to change.
